Aestred Thurga is the Reliquant at Arms, a holy warrior tasked with defending the relics of the Imperium. Whilst returning the legendary Sword of Saarim to its rightful place upon the necropolis world of Katerah, Aestred is ambushed by a cult of the Plague God that steals the blade for themselves.
